Leadership Workshops

Leadership Workshops (formerly Department Chair Workshops) are offered quarterly for Department Chairs, Provosts, and Health Sciences Division Chiefs during the academic year. These workshops provide faculty leaders with current information and training on high priority topics for the University including strategic planning, budget strategies, fundraising, faculty recruitment, and more.
