Transactor Training Requirements

For new transactors, register for the current series of interactive courses on UCPath. Training is required before UCPath access is granted. Visit UCPath Training for details.

Note: new transactors must request UCPath access within 3 months of completing UCPath training.

Visit the UCPath Job Aids and Quick References for links to current Knowledge-Based Articles (KBAs) that provide general UCPath guidance for routine transactions, such as Paypath Entry, Managing Accruals, Updating Job Data, and link to UPKs (systemwide job aids).
